I maintain a couple of lists of tenant screening resources.
The purpose of this post is twofold.
- To share these resources so any owner can improve their screening
- To tap into the knowledge of the readers to improve the lists for the benefit of all who use the list.
One source is WI owners so you can look up the tenant’s current address and see who really owns the property:
